Attollo designs and manufactures Overhead suspended lifting systems ideal for moving loads smoothly, precisely, and with minimal operator effort. Thanks to the modular channel profiles (or “track profiles”), each system is custom-configured, adapting perfectly to the available space and the company’s operational needs.
The system can be suspended directly from the ceiling or supported by an independent structure anchored to the floor, ideal when the building does not allow ceiling mounting. The support structures are made of steel, with custom columns and gantry frames, installable using chemical anchors and bolted joints for quick and safe assembly.
The channel profiles, joined by special articulated connections, ensure smooth and fluid movement in all directions, minimizing resistance at starting and stopping points. The trolleys run silently on nylon wheels with ball bearings, limiting friction and noise.
Double-girder configurations are available for high loads, which allow the hoist to be positioned between the runways to maximize hook travel. Furthermore, it is possible to integrate multiple lifting points to serve multiple stations, or choose low-headroom versions for confined spaces.
