Installation

Our turnkey solutions include:

• Assembly of jib cranes, single-girder or double-girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and suspended systems, strictly adhering to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Fixing onto columns, pillars, walls, or palletized bases, using chemical anchor systems or mobile steel counterweights.
• Issuance of the Declaration of Correct Installation, a mandatory document certifying compliance with the requirements of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE. Commissioning (Putting into Service Test)

Every system is commissioned with:

• Static testing at $1.25 \times$ nominal capacity, as required by European regulation 2006/87/CE for over 2,000 kg.

• Drawing up the commissioning report, with the issuance of the CE certificate, the manual, the logbook, and the control register.
• Verification of the correct functionality of all components: rotation mechanisms, gearmotors, brakes, limit switches, or inverters.

Periodic Inspections and Safety Obligations

By law, all fixed equipment (capacity > 200 kg, non-manual) must undergo:

• Subsequent inspections according to deadlines established in Annex VII of Legislative Decree 81/08, with frequencies set every 6, 12, or 18 months based on use and sector. (mecgru.com).
