Timber Beam Lifter
Timber beam system: equipment designed for handling and processing beams up to 12 meters long. Thanks to the combination of an electric chain hoist and pneumatic compressed air clamps, lifting is simple, fast, and automatic, increasing productivity and reducing operator effort. Ideal for companies in the woodworking sector that require precision and safety at every stage of processing
Work Table
Work table: mobile carts on wheels with a rubber support base and adjustable telescopic tops to expand the working surface. Available capacities range from 200 kg up to 1000 kg, with widths up to 3600 mm. Ideal for indoor workshop use, ensuring stability, practicality, and maximum versatility during processing.
Container Lifting Beam
Adjustable lifting beam: designed for lifting containers or truck beds, it features adjustable lower hooks for the correct positioning of chain slings. The structure includes a central attachment point and a double upper attachment, ensuring optimal balance even on long single girders.
Boat Lifting Beam
Cross lifting beams: a system composed of a pair of telescopic and foldable X-shaped lifting beams, each with a 10-ton capacity, ideal for boat storage and handling. By coupling them with two telescopic spreaders, a single 20-ton lifting beam is created, custom-designed and manufactured for one of our clients in Switzerland.
Lifting Basket
Object carrying basket: manufactured for ENI and CE certified, this lifting equipment has a capacity of 250 kg. The sheet metal base measures 900 x 900 mm with 250 mm high edges for enhanced load security. Usable as a below-the-hook attachment in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Cross Spreader Bar
Lifting spreader: telescopic, adjustable, and foldable cross spreader beam, with an 8000 kg capacity, ideal for lifting and hauling boats. It can be used with polyester slings or steel wire rope slings, and features 4 attachment points for polyester web slings.
Lifting Spreader Bar
Spreader lifting beam: a rectangular model with reduced dimensions, designed for lifting and handling excavators for a client in Verona. Complete with connecting shackles and double-leg chain slings to ensure safety and stability during operations.
Painting Hooks
Hook series: CE certified steel metal hooks, custom-made for one of our clients and intended for industrial oven painting. Complete with identification tags, they offer a capacity of 500 kg, ensuring reliability and safety in operations.
Double Girder Gantry Crane
Gantry crane system: custom-made, reduced-headroom steel structure, double girder configuration with a special push trolley to increase hook height. Mobile on 4 swivel casters, with a capacity up to 2500 kg, ideal for practical and safe handling.
Fixed Gantry Crane
Gantry crane system: a combined solution with an electric rotation jib crane fixed to the center of the beam and an electric chain hoist, designed for the safe and efficient handling of frames and windows.
Double Chain Hoist
Electric chain hoist: KITO model with double chain and double push trolley, designed for reduced headroom to simultaneously and safely lift 2 swivel hooks with a single control.
Expansion Clamp
Copper coil clamp: vertical expansion equipment with anti-slip rubber grips, designed for the safe lifting of 600 mm diameter coils. Featuring automatic hooking and unhooking, it guarantees a capacity up to 600 kg.
Concrete Lifting Grab
Lifting clamp: a mechanical clamp designed for handling concrete slabs, usable individually or in pairs for lifting manhole covers. Equipped with a wire rope sling and steel tooth, it ensures a solid and reliable grip.
25-ton Beam Clamp
Mechanical clamp: pantograph model for lifting steel beams up to 25 tons, with a 1000 mm opening. Equipped with two manual wire rope winches, it allows for practical and effortless opening and adjustment of the clamp.
Bitumen Bag Clamp
Pneumatic clamp: automatic equipment for lifting bitumen bags, practical and safe. Equipped with an external control valve, it can also be operated remotely from the work area, improving efficiency and operational safety.
Pneumatic Vacuum Lifter
Vacuum lifter: a 180° manual rotation model, air-powered, ideal for handling electrical cabinets and enclosures. To be used in conjunction with a pillar jib crane to ensure practicality and safety.
Block Clamp
Pantograph clamp: automatic mechanical clamp for gripping and releasing, equipped with rubber or steel grippers. Designed for the safe lifting of marble and granite blocks, as well as reinforced concrete or concrete parallelepipeds.
Magnetic Lifting Beam
Manual lever magnetic lifters: a pair of neodymium magnets connected by a lifting beam for lifting and handling steel sheets. CE certified system, practical and safe for industrial use.
Custom Cart
Wheeled carts: a dedicated solution for handling electrical panels and cabinets, equipped with a rubber platform to ensure load stability and protection during transport.
Box Vacuum Lifter
Vacuum lifters for bags and cartons: compressed air system designed for lifting cardboard boxes and cement bags, practical and safe for industrial handling.
Engine Lifting Clamp
Custom clamp: designed for lifting electric motors for air conditioners, ensuring maximum safety and reliability. Fully CE certified.
